PLACE AND DATE OF THE CONGRESS
Turkish Small Animal Veterinary Association 16th International Continuing Education Congress will be held between 4-5 November 2022 at WOW Istanbul Hotels & Convention Center.

LANGUAGE OF CONGRESS
The congress language is Turkish and English. Turkish simultaneous translation will be provided for the presemtations in English.

REGISTRATION DESK
Registration desks will be open between 08:00 and 18:00 on 4-5 November 2022.

BADGES
It is necessary for all participants and attendants to wear their name badges at the entrance to the meeting center, during the scientific sessions, in the exhibition areas, poster areas and social programs, in order for the meeting to run smoothly and to ensure security.

It will be given to the participants who complete the registration process at the registration desks.

EXHIBITION AREA
During the meeting, the participating companies will be able to exhibit their products and visuals in the area reserved for them in the meeting center. The exhibition area will be open to the visit of the participants throughout the meeting.

INVITATION LETTER
An invitation letter will be sent to the meeting participants who have completed their registration, in order to facilitate their participation in the meetings. This letter is only intended to assist the participants in obtaining permission from the institution they are affiliated with and does not provide any financial support to the participant.

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
All registered participants will be given a certificate of attendance at the registration desks in the meeting center.
